my current weight is 46.5kg (157cm) and im trying to reduce my belly fat and build up my muscle fat. i hope i can stay motivated
i did this workout for the first time yesterday and everything hurts but at least i know it's working 💪🏻
Day 1: Done. The core exercises were hardest for me
Maybe i should warm up before i do this next tine
One day, I'll finish this workout session, but today is not that day. Only managed to finish about 3 quarters before I finally struggle to catch my breath. Still a fun thing to do tho
After 2 weeks, did it everyday 2@3 days.. I can finally finish the routine, woohoo!
