Nicole, that was awesome! You must be a ballerina. Your feet are beautifully postured. I feel like i need to revert back to beginner, lol, but I will never do that. I am going to do one of your 15mins now and then be done with my morning. Will you be incorporating modifications for beginners and advanced? I like to put my people on great instructors. Most are beginners though. Can't wait to see were my new pilates journey takes me!!!
