Did this session while quarantined at home here in Shanghai China’. I’m a beginner and found it to great but quite hard specially doing those “eights” while legs are spread out

When I saw your back completely arched during twist and double leg stretch, and ribs thrusting at the top of roll up… you lost my confidence, poor form so I stopped doing the class. Otherwise you’re great, keep doing you👍🏼

I don’t remember any moves for the butt or arms, but I certainly feel it in my abs!
What would you suggest if my back hurts when doing the exercises?
