LIVE WORKOUT – 30min of Abs & Upper Body (Arms, Shoulders, Back + Chest) / Werbung

Starting with a 12min Ab Workout, continued by 10min of Upper Body & finishing with the 10min Muffin Top Session. No Squats and no booty kicks – so ask your boyfriend, husband, brother or father to join! It’s 100% suitable for men 🙂

And was great to be able to drag my MALE flatmate into one of these sessions instead of him just playing playstation and making farting noises while I did workouts with any squats or leg lifts. facepalm

I thought it is super helpful that you do these LIVE versions while explaining how to use your muscles and how to breath in these movements! You should do more of these! Because sometimes I found that it could be challenging to follow because I was using the wrong muscle for strengthening and not breathing correctly 🙂 also you should upload some food videos! 🙂 <3 <3 <3
