Grab your dumbbells and let’s work hard to target the muscles in our back and our biceps! I am using 8lb, 10lb, and 15lb dumbbells and we are working for 50 seconds for 3 rounds per exercise! We are really isolating our muscles and I hope you push yourself to really feel the burn! Keep your form the priority and always maintain the mind muscle connection!
