Today’s video exercise is an intensive HIIT routine. It’s a 30 minute killer workout with high-intensity routines. We’re going to start off with a warm up and work our way to more high intensity routines. Some of you may need to consult your physician to know if you can perform this type of training.

Day 1: I definitely feel it. I'm not over-overweight, but i'm starting to go downhill. I'm hoping this will help me get back in shape. Im tired but i am sure it will get better.
