I have been doing exercises following your videos and I have to say that you are my FAVOURITE among all the fitness channels. Can you please create a superset weight training programme for older people ? I read that exercises such as Russian twist, courtesy lunge, windmill etc are bad for the back/ spine. please consider not to include the exercises that may cause damage to back/ joints. thank you so much.
Just did this workout!! I have been trying to get back in shape and this was one of the first workouts where I sweated my butt off, but I felt good at the end of the workout. I feel refreshed, not like I just got hit by a truck! Haha!! I have always loved you guys and used to use your workouts all of the time!! I’m definitely going to get back into it and do these more often!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

I am just coming off a few weeks of rest from posterior shin splints and this was a great work out. I am tight in places and the warm up and cool down helped. The hi low mods were at a good pace so I could stay tuned into how my legs, hips and glutes were feeling and adjust intensity. I took a break at one point for a deeper psoas stretch and followed the workout with some roller and lacrosse ball work. I will definitely save this workout for mornings when I feel sluggish or recovering from injury. I was sweating but the pace and intensity didn't override awareness. Thanks for taking care of us out here in Youtube world

I hesitated to start a workout this morning because I was feeling lazy, but when I started this one it was so relaxing and still challenging. I have a lot more energy now! My body feels refreshed and relaxed! Thank you Kelly! Your workouts are doable, fun and effective, and I love doing them before I go to work!
Hey Kelli! I absolutely loved this style that's midway between HIIT and cardio. The no-repeat, intensify as you go workout was incredibly satisfying. I feel sooooo accomplished and blissed out! Yay fitness blender ♥️
Have been starting to do workouts of yours again, feeling the need to leave some movements out. For me, this particular workout feels more evenly distributed as far as challenging different parts of my body. With this one I seem to come to fully accept that modified-to-my-needs is the way to go, at my own pace – as you do mention often. Love the modified options provided, I use them wherever I do need them, aiming to do the harder ones when I'll be ready. Thanks!
