I did not think it was too bad until the burpees…I don't know how you did chest to floor burpees so fast, I could only get 10 reps in in the minute with no time to spare, it made the power snatches right after so hard b/c my heart was beating out of my chest & I was breathing SO hard through them & I tried to blaze through the tuck crunches just so I can get in a few extra seconds to get amped up for the burpees again! This was freakin' hard (I should've known…all your EMOM workouts are especially tough!), but I'm feeling really strong & proud right now (& I laughed & laughed when you suggested repeating the workout again – I think I've had my fill of chest to floor burpees for today!)!
i don't think I've done an EMOM workout before – whooo! had to hit pause after those burpees
