I'm so thankful she mentioned having scoliosis, because I have some sort of issue with a tendon in my lower back and it can feel like you're doing everything wrong when trying to strengthen your core and back. It just hurts unlike those with no issues in that area so I feel like I'm not doing it right. But seeing her, how STRONG and built she is with that issue? It inspires and encourages me.
