This is an amazing workout, I couldn’t lift my arms the next day.I can’t do my usual kickboxing and weight training at the gym. Did this after two weeks of doing nothing.

That was one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done! I had to take several breaks just to catch my breath lol
Loved it. Made my quarentine a tad easier.
Not bad for lower body, hamstrings especially. Some abs at the end, no upper body though.
