I loved this workout! I definitely had to reply on modified for many of the exercises. But that's okay b/c it gives me something (i.e. Kit's endurance) to work towards. My only problem w/this video is the commercial interruptions. They are very distracting and occur in the middle of a routine within any of the circuits. Other than that, I think this 30min workout is gold!

oh my, too many planks, bothering the wrists! and arms, hope less stress on wrists/arms.
form the beginning to the end, we use too much on wrists, which could distract on keeping doing it well.
