Thank you SO much for this Anna. Over the last few years the Popsugar videos really changed my life and I have been keeping my fingers crossed for you guys to release a new solid cardio burnout. This was just what I needed. I'm starting a new job and about to move cross country: surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap and chaos, but I pushed the mess to the side, rolled out my mat, and voila! I am sweating and beaming and paused the video before cool down even started just to express my gratitude. When you were saying "the tired is just you getting stronger!" it hit me that my body is in such a good place because of what Popsugar has given me. Thank you.

Absolutely love this work out, I usually do a lot of running and walking, I wanted to try a cardio workout because we had bad weather and could not go out, this one popes up first i tried it and love it I sweat more than when I walk and run for a long time and the great thing about it is right at home. You are very encouraging and u have surely helped a lazy mommy get fit again. All the way from Barbados love it.

This might my favorite workout. It is totally manageable, but still burned more than 300 calories. Most of all I'm so grateful to have a STANDING workout. I don't know if this is true for anyone else, but I get super nauseous when I'm working out and suddenly have to put my head down for plank jacks or mountain climbers. I worked hard, but didn't feel like I was going to get sick! If there are more standing workouts please let me know! 🙂
