I'm not in amazing shape, but I'm not too bad either, and I really struggled with so many push-ups. To the point of just being frustrated. Anyone else feel this way?

I was disappointed with this workout. I searched bar workout and there was not any bar moves in the class. It was also hard on knees and wrists with half the moves. Also transitions were slow so I felt like time was wasted if you only have so much time to devote to a workout!
