Muy bien entrenamiento, desafiante! El calentamiento me parecieron ejercicios bastante complicados pero después la parte de fuerza tiene ejercicios súper razonables, sobre todo teniendo siempre la opción de hacer una de las dos o tres progresiones. Siento que faltó un poco de estiramiento de los brazos al final.

I almost didn't do this workout because I read all the comments about it being hard to follow, but I'm so glad I did. I thought it was excellent. I loved the combinations of moves so you were hitting multiple groups of muscles with each move — it felt very efficient. Personally, I felt the moves were slow and controlled enough that it wasn't hard to follow/understand at all. My point being — give it a shot. Great workout.
Them warm ups are not so warming. That's immediate cardio going on

I think I was doing something wrong. My back was hurting me when I was doing the squat with the dumbell

This workout was a challenge but worth it all the while! I did feel a little rushed there was too little time to get to know the move. Especially the skull crusher at the end should have been explained as people are doing this as home workouts and can easily injure themselves!
