30 MINUTE TOTAL BODY MINI BAND WORKOUT | Tracy Steen – We are bringing out the mini bands, or resistance bands (whatever you call them) again! While we are all in quarantine, this is a great time to use some different equipment to target some of those different muscles. If you are unable to go to your gym, believe me, this higher rep range workout will have your booty burning in no time. I am using a variety of minibands, a light, medium and heavy strength (this is my no slip, no roll, and is available in the Amazon links below). Let’s grab those bands and move daily!

Great workout. I've been a lifetime exerciser. Now, at 59, I have some hip, back and shoulder issues. I learned how to modify moves. I used to think modifying is not as good of a workout, but that's not true at all. Working out makes me feel strong, healthy and confident. I need to move every day and I do. Mini bands are a great option for my strength training. YouTube and trainers, like you, are lifesavers. Thank you!

I loved the rounds and mini bands are always super tough with you! The plank jacks with a band, push-ups, and bear crawls – I hate bear crawls! I liked the one arm row – a new way to do that exercise!
