I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands.

is it normal that while i'm doing the workout my legs hurt more than my butt? I'm experiencing something very weird, basically it's like I can't engage my booty muscle anymore and it feels so much harder than the first two weeks. am I doing something wrong? does anybody else ever experienced the same? I'm feeling really sad about it because I've put so much effort on being consistent and i actually really enjoyed it till now, now it just hurts like hell and i can't even work properly like why is this happening
