I suffer from right shoulder pain for a few years now. My rotator cuff get very stiff and it is painful when I do certain movements. I have had therapy over the years, and right now I am the point that I should and I will do therapy here at home. The pain can be unbearable, for me to do excersie the stretches I do does work I already have a orange color stretch band that I use on a regular basis. Peace and Blessings to you all.
These shoulder stretches are amazing! I've had should stabilization surgery on both shoulders and even after PT, my shoulders were still tight. The floor stretches have them feeling much more mobile and almost back to normal! Thank you for your outstanding work!

Finding your channel has been a freaking blessing in my life. I have a rotator cuff tear, patellar tracking syndrome in both knees and nerve damage in one foot. I don't have the money to go to a physical therapist and it's hard to read about exercises. Following your videos is the first time I've started to actually see progress towards recovery. THANK YOU.
Idk if you check comments cuz this video is three years old, but I can’t more grateful you made this video. I had been recovering from biceps tendinitis and it’s been 7 months since I got hurt. It doesn’t normally take that long to recover, but the other stretches and exercises recommended to me by a few doctors before finding this only helped my shoulder to a certain point. My shoulder healing had plateaued at like 80% for months and always having shoulder pain was starting to affect my health mentally. I’ve been doing these stretches for only a few days and the results have been incredible. My shoulders almost back at 100% and I’m confident by the end of the week it’ll be there. I haven’t been able to play sports or go to the gym because of this injury, both were huge parts of my daily routine before the injury. So to wake up today with a little to no pain, thank you thank you thank you. It’s a simple video, but it’s made a big impact for me in my life. Thank you so much man
