How do you tell if your tilting forward or you just have a really bent spine forward…My whole family has that back posture where the spine pushes forward…But I noticed your chest was leaning forward too while mine is just my middle back pushing in and then my chest lines up with my hips again

My biggest issue is regarding coordination between the core muscles & my lungs. It's either no core contraction (aside the diaphragm), or too much core contraction, resulting in my entire belly to be put on lockdown. Have had this issue since I was a baby.
