This 40 minute at home Pilates workout is perfect for days when you have a little extra time and want to add variety to your Pilates matwork.

This is a contemporary Pilates mat class where we mix up some traditional Pilates exercises with some stretches and stability work.

The total body Pilates routine is a great workout if you want some variety into your at home Pilates practice and uses no equipment besides a Pilates mat.

I feel like sometimes ppl think that in order to get a ‘good workout’, we have to sweat a ton…but honestly i feel like even something like this is really great at working all parts of the body especially if you concentrate on doing every exercise correctly! Also stretching has so many benefits along with working the core~
