I thought it's easy. But this is insane when I tried it. And I couldn't finish the 45 minutes workout as this is my first trial ever with resistance bands. But its worth it. You will feel the sore in your muscles.

good workouts.. but the guy is very demotivating. I'm a fitness instructor and i memorize dozens of cues from increasing intensity, muscles being targeted and how it feels and external cueing. He mentioned the same queues several times in a 40 minute workout.
