I liked the workout. But as soon as you showed level one and level two, the duration was already half done. I would have liked it if you were able to show all at once and we at home could choose and be in time with the duration.
I've really enjoyed a number of workouts from Evolve Functional Fitness. Great resource – especially during the Conorovirus – I'll continue to watch these after.
