I have been working out so hard this workout week for me before I go on vacation and take a rest or active rest. I have hit PR's this week and today had so much muscle fatigue I could barely lift 8lb weights on some of the exercises. Today was definitely challenging for me! I did it though! Score!
favorite workout of Epic 2 so far. my arms are FINISHED. hahaha but it was so fun I didn't even look at the progress bar. & that's saying something for me. haha
