This was great! I've been using your videos as a warm up to my training routines since I was in college. I'm a former athlete and its awesome to have found a channel where I feel challenged but I'm also having fun at the same time. You guys have such a wonderful chill energy and that's a rare thing to find especially during these times.

I'm doing these at home while things are shut down due to COVID-19. Hopefully I'll come out beautiful and fit when things are over and surprise my co-workers, friends, and viewers*.

Hi just want to ask for what bodyweight is the calories burned you listed? Im 5 feet 2 inchess tall and weighs 115lbs in my early 30s. Can i ask how many calories i burn if i do this workout? Thanks

absolutely one of my favorites. its my go-to routine for a good sweat sesh without feeling like i had to work out for hours to burn a decent amount of calories. plus, its whole body and i dont have to jump around alot like with HIIT.
