This was great! I've been using your videos as a warm up to my training routines since I was in college. absolutely one of my favorites. its my go-to routine for a good sweat sesh without feeling like i had to work out for hours to burn a decent amount of calories. plus, its whole body and i dont have to jump around alot like with HIIT.
