Should I do these when I’m in pain
Any advice I hurt my front rotator cuff area bench pressing 10months ago and I jus put up with the discomfort since is this bad or any ideas on what I should do?
I’ve had shoulder pain for 2 weeks now but I don’t have limited movement in my shoulders I don’t know what’s wrong or what I should do it doesn’t seem like a tear but maybe injured? Idk

But then u haven’t cured urself then. I have a messed up rotator cuff too but my end goal is to fix it not minimize pain. After seeing this I wanna get surgery

I'll be doing this today instead of lifting weights. Got some shoulder pain going on. May have to take a break on the lifting to let it heal.
