TAKE THIS WORKOUT AT YOUR OWN PACE! Instead of walking for the full 20 seconds of the “active rest”, we walk for 10 seconds, then jog for 10. If this is too much for you, maintain the walk.

Todays’ workout is not one i would recommend doing every day. It’s a challenging one and will take a lot out of you. Doing it 1-2 times per week will be more than enough to see significant progress!

I burned over 800 calories during this workout, but i want to encourage you to not focus on the calorie burn, rather, focus on your hormonal response to the food that you’re eating.

What do i mean by this?

Calories in vs calories out is true, yes it will help you lose weight, but if you are eating processed foods all the time, you are going to run into a hormonal imbalance that will block you from dropping fat even when your calories are lower and you’re burning lots of calories during your workouts.

Focus on having whole foods in your diet – unprocessed foods. This will make a world of a difference and will make you feel so much better during and after your workouts (and you will see results MUCH sooner!)

Does anyone have trouble sweating ? I try to drink a water bottle before working out and still never sweat like other people and wish I could. I swear I feel like I trained my mind when I was younger in gym because I hated “sweating” that now as an adult I can’t make my self fully sweat when I’m working out.

1 HOUR!! I CAN FINISH EXACTLY IN 1 HOUR AND 1 MINUTE. HOW AMAZING IS THAT??!! i can't go on anymore as my legs goes cramped. It's okay i rest for 10 minutes then i do yoga stretch for it. But oh my god i burn 546 calories! It's like my whole dinner just flush away. Thanks Jo!

Day 1 (23.09.22): done 40min – 443 kcal; starting point: 79kg 💃
Day 2 (24.09.22) done 53 min – 546 kcal. Felt awful before the workout, but now I feel a little bit better.
Day 3 (25.09.22) 1 : 02 – 662 kcal. (feel tired but proud of myself for completing the workout 🙂
Day 4 (26.09.22) 1 : 06 – 706 kcal. I didn't want to do anything but managed to do the whole workout.
