These calf exercises for runners are essential for you to run strong and and stay injury free. In this video I’ll show you five of my favourite calf muscle exercises, including gastrocnemius exercises and soleus exercises, so that you can strengthen both of the important calf muscles. You will need no equipment for this at home calf workout.

Agree, all good exercises, would be good to include an isometric hold in there as well .
