Im 17 weighing around 155 lbs at 5’7 and ive been doing these with 15 lb dumbells, and i do each exercise 3 times its a crazy workout thanks bro
1. 15x Chest flys 0:45

Awesome home workout. I did them as 3 sets of 10. each one. Gave me a good pump. Will do until we are allowed out to gym again!
I ended up doin it 4 times cause the 2nd go around I got a huge adrenaline rush although the 4th round was prob kinda sloppy but I’m super worn out

I haven't worked out in 10 years. I am so weak i could barely do the pushups and could only do like 50 total reps with the dumb bells. Its hard getting started again because i am so weak its a disappointment. Should my arms really ache as bad as they do?
