Hola Flavio, si no te robo mucho tiempo, me gustaría hacerte una pregunta por pura curiosidad ya que por lo que veo tu estas bastante informado. Yo por ejemplo soy una persona que tiene muy poca flexibilidad en los isquiotibiales, no alcanzo a tocarme las puntas de los pies y me cuesta sentarme en L con los pies completamente rectos ya que se me hace completamente incomodo. 

Partiendo de la base de que se que debería de hacer estos estiramientos…jajajaja. ¿El simple hecho de practicar cosas como el L-sit, favorecen a mejorar la flexibilidad o por contra es necesario desarrollar flexibilidad para poder practicarlos correctamente?

Es solo simple curiosidad, no que quiera evitar hacer estiramientos. De hecho a ver si ahora que tengo un rato cojo papel y boli y con ayuda de tus videos trato de hacerme una rutina.
