Brilliant workouts, love the recipes and the additional workouts. Been doing the muffin top workout on and off for a couple of weeks (holidays and visits to family interrupted workouts) but have still noticed a difference in ‘muffin top’ yeah!!

Finished my workout today, started at 30 inches around my waist. I'll take the measurements tomorrow and post. Right now, let me get some sleep.
My waist is now at 29 inches, very unexpected because didn't notice any changes. But I'm happy I'm in the 20's now.

I have been doing this work out 2 x 4-5 days a week sometimes i fall of track but i dont hesitate to get back on track but this will be 4 years and it has gave me amazing results i add another glute workout total of around 30min and eating heatly goshhhhh ❤

Results: ok so I can small results,, I put on an old t-shirt that was tight around that area and It fits much better, but I think if I was to do the workout more frequently I would see more results.

I'm doing this since Monday, this is my progress track:
Mon: 59.5 kg sweating a river and pain everywhere after a couple of hours
Tue: sweating again and pain even worst but localized on legs and butt
Wed: free day because I was too much in pain
Thu: sweating again and I'm 59.2kg
