Hi Chris, routine is fantastic. How many minutes break you would recommend between each routine when repeating it 4?times ? I try to keep 2 min – 3 min and 3 min … nut it isbhars, and I am 51 already 😅

I've been doing this workout for one month now monday through friday while in quarintine. I can't quite do the half burpees, I just do regular pushups instead, and added some jumping jacks at the beginning. I do see some progress, not as much as I would like since I'm not taking much care of my nutrition, but still. First four days were soreness hell! haha, after 5 days my body started to get used to it.
