Hi Lucy how many calories can we burn by this workout
This is the second HIIT video I've done with you. I thought I would do this in a snap after doing the other one for almost a month (when I couldn't go walking for 30mins outside I'd do the HIIT vid). It was all a lie. I'm dripping sweat, it's hard to keep the breath regulated and I just drank an entire 40oz of water (I usually sip it after a workout). You did something with this video!
I only wish she doesn’t talk to much because it is distracting and I can see that she gets distracted too especially on the live videos ……no offense but less talk is better
just started this workout and i love the fact i dont need to do sit ups for my tummy am enjoying the workout
WOW, I am out of shape and have nerve damage in my right leg, as well as poor circulation. Doing these 7 minute work-outs in the morning and evening is really making a difference in how I feel. It's even helping with the painful nerve damage. It gets the heart rate up, but in a good way, not in a way that makes me want to quit. Thank you so much for producing these easy but impactful standing exercises.
Today is my 2nd week. I did drop a dress size last week and have picked this one for this week. 1st week done and can already feel and see the difference. Roll on tomorrow. Thanks Lucy. Xx

Really good exercise
My 1st workout with you Lucy after seeing your interview on this morning. Just finished. My heart rate is up and I'm breaking a sweat. I achieved great results with Joe wicks 2 years ago but due to lockdown losed my focus. Looking forward to following your routines and sharing with everyone. Is there an app with all your workouts and updates. Thankyou 😉

I am kind of late, but I've just started doing this workout and I wanna share everything with you to hopefully help at least one person. I am 163 cm tall and my weight is 64 kg. I am pretty unfit, although I do exercise sometimes, but I just lose motivation very quickly. So I am kind of familiar with working out, just so you know. As I'm writing this, I'm only at day two, but I can already tell you that I am loving this. I don't know what my results are gonna be, but I am not expecting anything crazy in just a week. The most important thing to me is how I'm feeling and am I seeing any little change to motivate me. Check the updates for each day now (I've done the workout twice a day, every day except the first) :
DAY 1 – Wow this was A WORKOUT. I am covered in sweat, but feeling great. The moves are really not that hard, I could follow her nicely. But I do feel like I've completed a hard workout and my legs hurt already.
DAY 2 – Definitely feeling sore from yesterday. The workout felt the same, not easier, but not harder. Again, feeling great.
DAY 3 – Oh boy, I am really sore today not gonna lie, it hurts like hell. But I was still able to do it.

Love your exercises! I’m not too much a sporty kind but your exercises are just right for me – not too harsh, not too long (this is very important to fit in the schedule of a mom) but very effective in burning fats! I have been doing your exercises for 5 days and almost lost an inch around my belly without being on a diet! Feel so much healthier, too! Thanks, Lucy!
