So good… One of my fave exercises overall! I especially like to squeeze on the "top" of the movement. Mind-Muscle connection works extremely good for me when doing this. This plus high-rep calf raises helped me so damn lots with my posterior chain development!

He matt, what about placing your shoulders on a bit of an elevated surface (like an aerobis step) to increase range of motion?

Great video! I train seniors and it's amazing how many of them have atrophied hamstrings that are weak, tight, and cramp up easily. Obviously, I would probably only use the first exercise you've demonstrated; rarely will they progress beyond that. My hope is to get their hams strong enough to do some manner of squatting, and from there, avoid prematurely going into assisted living.
