The bodyweight hamstring curl is an outstanding exercise for your hamstrings, glutes, and calves. It’s also relatively easy to adjust the difficulty with some simple technical adjustments.

Is there a set/rep target before progressing to the next variation??
Amazing! Been searching for a hamstring exercise since I have a bad back. Thank you! 👍
i will buy one of those t-shirts with my first pay dude
Dude, what’s with the head wear?😬
So good… One of my fave exercises overall! I especially like to squeeze on the "top" of the movement. Mind-Muscle connection works extremely good for me when doing this. This plus high-rep calf raises helped me so damn lots with my posterior chain development!
Thank you for your time and knowledge!
Have you ever used a 'standing desk?' I thought it seemed really cool since you can pop a squat whilst working! 😊
He matt, what about placing your shoulders on a bit of an elevated surface (like an aerobis step) to increase range of motion?
Like a hip thrust kind a idea
Great video! I train seniors and it's amazing how many of them have atrophied hamstrings that are weak, tight, and cramp up easily. Obviously, I would probably only use the first exercise you've demonstrated; rarely will they progress beyond that. My hope is to get their hams strong enough to do some manner of squatting, and from there, avoid prematurely going into assisted living.
I love this exercise !
What's about Nordic curl?
Why you dont talk about nordic harmstring curl? It s an exercise thet evrey calisthenics athlete now knows and does for his legs. It would be a pleasure for me to Know Your opinion about it
This is great. I see it could be also be modified to work the adductors/abductors as well. Going to try it today!
