This workout is super effective! Watch till the end! Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t get a solid workout in a short amount of time! Most people working out in the gym waste mad time in between reps, walking to the water fountain, talking to their friends, or just sitting there on their phone! Remember it’s not how long you’re spending in the gym, it’s how HARD you’re training in the gym, or even right from home! Thanks for watching!

I read the comments: LOL, but yea usually with Chris Heria workout its always crazy even though its just one round, it takes at least one month or even more to develop enough strength for round two then three

7 minute Chest Workout

1)Clapping push ups 2:21
2)Diamond push ups 3:17
3)Typewriter push ups 4:20
4)Push ups side to side 5:13
5)Diamond to regular push ups 6:15
6)Archer push ups 7:14
7)Slow push up 8:23

Each exercise is 45 seconds!
Rest 15 seconds between each exercise.
3 rounds total.
(If you cannot continue, move to an elevated surface)

Chriss I would love to know what is the best way to organize ur time between learning new moves and the workout routine, i mean sometimes after done example ur chest workout on the second day by practicing some calisthenics move u will be training ur chest again is anything wrong with that ??
