Warning ⚠️ I used to have The peanut butter shakes twice a day and the problem is you will gain a big stomach and you will not get rid of it fully, so only one a day should be fine

I found the "mega shakes" were mostly the only good recommendation for this video. I've eaten everything else this video suggested, as well as other "dirty bulking" foods, and I just got fat. Upping my protein intake with my weight gainer shakes was really the only one that helped me put on quality weight and pack on muscle.
Thank you! Definitely a struggle here. But also, don't want to load up on garbage foods and refined Sugars.

pro tip:
grind oats to oat flour
use 150g oat flour
add 300ml milk (3.5%fat)
add protein powder
2 small spoons of rapseed oil
drink 1 for breakfast, 1 after workout
drink 2 while on work, but use water instead of milk, no oil!
eat fruits inbetween and most important eat dinner
repeat everyday
