Follow along with Chris Heria for a 8 Min Home Leg Workout. This workout doesn’t require any jumping but is very effective at building your legs with low impact exercises.

01:12:10 – Squats 45sec
15sec rest
02:18:04 – Single leg glute bridge 22 sec each side
15sec rest
03:16:07 – Assisted pistol squat 22 sec each side
15sec rest
04-21:02 – side Lunge 22 sec each side
15sec rest
05:24:23 – Step up 22 sec each side
15sec rest
06:26:21 – laying donkey kicks 45sec
15sec rest
07:25:23 – Curtesy lunges 22 sec each side
15sec rest
08:29:20 -Calf raises 45sec

Hi Chris, first off – you are amazingly inspirational! I love the way you film your videos. It's almost like having you as a personal trainer, with how patient and informative you are.

Which (if any) of your workouts would you recommend for women to do? I have a couple different fitness goals, the main ones being to get a true 6-pack, get defined shoulders and arms (without getting too bulky), and lifting my booty. Would any of your workour cater to my workout goals as a woman?
