I have a Question , I had a dislocated shoulder almost 2 years ago and now I am back at everything I use to do like gym and sports BUT the only thing I can't do is throw a baseball hard like I use to to because it Hurts .. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO !!??

I'm 69 this year and my shoulder hasn't been this good in maybe ever. I've been working on it for about 4 years, so I guess I'm advanced I started with hanging and doing the W (thanks to Bob and Brad). moved to McKenzie neck and shoulder method (again Bob and Brad tip) , now doing Starting Strength military press, chin ups and bench presses ( with Bobs tip not to let the elbows go below the bench) . been some trail and error but i think I found the correct weight and reps. ( thanks to The Barbell Prescription) to get stronger . Next Friday I plan to bench a new PR 132 x 3reps then 123 x 5 reps x 3 sets. Creatine helps (thanks to Institute of Human Anatomy) also a shout out to Stuart McGill , My shoulder is really good TODAY. hey I have maybe ten bottles of pain killers that i rarely touch maybe one naproxen once every 2 weeks.

This is exactly what I have. The doctor wants to do something called a shoulder-flip surgery. Do you think these exercises might work for me and maybe then no surgery?
