Arm Exercises For Seniors (Fitter in 5 – 5-Mins) | More Life Health
Join me (Mike – Physiotherapist) for 5-minutes of arm exercises for seniors, aimed at helping strengthen those arms. This will make every day tasks, such as carrying groceries, much easier.
For an even better arm workout, you can add in weights or resistance bands, or go through it two or three times.
This video goes for only 5-minutes, and it’s great for those times you’re having trouble with motivation, or you’re short of time.

Just finished the 5th exercise I do every day with you Mike. I do the complete seated for seniors followed by the lower back followed by shoulders the neck and finishing off with the arms. All seated as I have somer spin problems… Have been doing them now for nearly 3 months and find them all to be most beneficial.

These 💪exercises are excellent!
When I was young, I used to read Erma Bombeck.
She was a stand up comedian and author!
She was older and wrote about waking up one morning, looking at her 💪and being horrified at how they looked.
I laughed so hard.
Now it is my reality and it us not so funny!
That is why I am so thankful for this particular Fit in Five session!

Thanks Mike. This routine has worked well for me. I use 4 pound weights and over six weeks have increased sets to 3. My arms are stronger and firmer, so pleased. You are my fitness angel.
