With the Quarantine in place I realized I now have all the time in the world to work out and eat right (easier to avoid fast food since Im home all day). And I wanted to really help my body get into shape. I didn't want to focus on weight loss and numbers, I just wanted to FEEL GOOD. I started with you in this channel about 2 weeks ago and everyday I follow one of these videos. I start it off not being able to finish a single video as I would get burned out after 5 minutes. But I didnt give up. Through tears and screaming I kept pushing and pushing. After a week I was able to get up to 10 minutes of each video before feeling that burn out. Today is the first time I have finished a full 15 minute video completely, and I bursted into tears when you said "You did it!!" Because you the improvement was real. I felt the growth that came from how much I had to push my poorly conditioned body to get to that point. So I wanted to thank you. Thank you for being here for me and for inspiring me to keep pushing. Thank you because your workouts are really making my body feel healthier, more mobile, and less sore. THANK YOU!!
