These are so amazing !!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us !!! It's been so hard to get back into a workout routine with being a single mom of a 20 month old and working 50 hours a week! But these videos are quick and effective !!! I was a gym rat prior to having him and I missed working out so much !!! It was my go to anytime I was stressed etc which there has been a lot of that ! during side lounges, I noticed on the one side you raise your extended leg. On purpose or one side tight? only ask because I have one side extremely tight
