Warm-up:
1) Jumping jacks
2) squat with core rotation
3) bird-dog
4) alternating 3 way lunge
5) glute bridge

Strength Circuit: Complete 3 rounds
1) Step up, lat raise, lunge back (8 reps per leg)
2) Plank Step overs (8 reps)
3) Squat & curtsy lunge (10 reps per leg)
4) man makers (5 reps)
5) hamstring curls
6) 6 rows, 6 plank hops (repeat 4x)

Tabata Finisher

What's cool about you, Christine, is that, even when I modify your workouts (like this one that I did about 32 min. of tonight) so I can actually do them (no on-the-floor work), I still got a great workout in!! I modified any move I couldn't do entirely and did as much as I could of the moves I can do and (a) I worked up a sweat, (b) I worked my arms and quads out well, and (c) I got my heart rate up!! There are a lot of fitness peeps on youtube, but I always come back to you. Stay safe and healthy!! 🙂

(i know it's pretty old video, but…)
for at least a half of my life i've been doing cardio and trying different hiit workouts. bored and astonished of how people in comment section write about being drenched in sweat. well… i for sure wasn't
but today everything changed. my forehead was wet after second round. my yoga mat after third, due to my knees (¿¿like really sweating on the knees??). and i loved it, and i want to finally change my body once and for all, and i will 🦖

This is a great workout. I have a question. For strength training, what sets of weights do you recommend for me I'm a beginner. Currently my 5 pound weights are not challenging enough for me. Maybe my best bet would just be to go to the gym and try out different weights. Thanks.
