Before I did this I was 140.4 Lbs I tried to get back under 138 Lbs so
I did this on Thursday and then on Friday I drunk Black coffee but I added milk and I weighed myself this morning and I'm 137.6 Lbs
And This Wednesday I weighed myself and I'm 133.9
Very nice and beginner-friendly! Yet effective!
