If you are a beginner, you would like to start losing weight but do not know which workout routine / plan / video to follow, DO THIS WORKOUT for the next 4-6 weeks!
This is a total body fat burning workout designed for beginner like you to start losing weight quick and effective. No equipments are needed, just you and your enthusiasm!
Do this workout 3 times weekly, together with cardio (swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, walking up the stairs etc), 3 times weekly for 30-45mins for best result.

My current weight is 75 kg (165 lbs). My target is to become 60 kg (132 lbs).

I'm gonna update my progress regularly. I will follow this exercise for 60 days straight. Instead of doing 4 circuits, I will do 2 circuits. Additionally, I'll drink water and eat vegetable, fruits and fishes.

I'm on week 3 of doing 2 sets (can't do 4 yet) and I am definitely becoming stronger ( don't know about losing any weight tho). However I have run into a problem; most of the exercises place a lot of pressure on my hands/arms, and I've been getting some pain on my elbows before, now however I'm getting pins and needles in my hands (pinky & ring finger) and I think I may be damaging my ulnar nerve. : ( am I doing something wrong?

I did this last night but i would not do 40 sec so i did 30 sec and rested for 20-30 sec between each workout and i could only do it for 2 sets..its a killer…my partner has been going to gym for many years and run the cardio 30 mins in 7 speed and high incline and he was out of breath so i doubt a beginner can do 4 sets or even 1 set for 40 mins and stick to the time because it is tough..but you can increase you sets each time you visit the gym and get better..good luck…

I've tried this workout 2years ago. i was 111kg when i started this exercise. i lose 5kg on the first month and 4kg on the 2nd month (12days only because i stop) i exercise 5x a week but what i did was doing it by reps. 15 reps per exercise (adding the reps week by week, except planking). its very hard at first I'm doing the whole exercise (2sets) for 3hrs hahahaha then i decided to make it more harder by using the 5kg bowling bowl for alt. lunges, squats and triceps dips (i put it on my lap) thats why i lost 4kg in 12days. but eventually i stopped exercising bec. i got discouraged!🙁🙁🙁someone saw me exercising and laugh at me.

P.S by the way I'm doing dirty LOWCARB diet (NO RICE) for 2months now and my skin is sagging. i can feel i lose some weight. thats why I'm exercising again to hopefully to lose some sagging skin/tone my body.

I did once and i am already dying halfway 🙁 i couldnt plank while short of breath and i sit that one out and others I could only do maybe 5 or 10, no more energy ._.
