Today is my first day doing this, probably wasn’t the best idea to start at midnight but atleast I started!

I found your channel 1 and a half weeks ago and I thank my stars!! I have never been to the gym and I didn’t know the first thing about losing weight. I got into weight training then realized I also needed cardio. I lost 4 months in experimenting. But I’ve gotta say that within 4 days of doing this workout I lost the bad body fat. I haven’t measured how much I lost on scale and frankly it doesn’t matter to me if it’s clearly visible that I’ve lost weight. Now after 1 and a half week and following through your arms and 30 min full body workout I lost more. I wish I could meet you personally one day to thank you because this means a whole lot to me.😊❤️ I had put on 10 kg in the last two years binging. By doing your workouts my muffin tops are almost non-existent, love handles have reduced, tummy is flatter (quite a miracle because I don’t go for low-carb diet), thighs have reduced and OMG I was severely shocked to see my butts raised (like honestly I kept staring in the mirror because I didn’t expect to see the results so soon), arms have developed muscles and become tough, all the veins popping.

Your accent is very pleasant and encouraging to me😄

To anyone looking for hope, what I love about Emi’s workouts is that it doesn’t cause strain on your body. She arranges the workouts in an order that it’s easier for you to keep up your energy levels rather than clinging on the spasms due to back to back leg or abs workout. since we’re on lockdown due to the coronavirus, i thought i’d try to lose some weight as i have more time on my hands. i’ve always been really insecure about my body, especially my stomach and thighs so i thought i’d update. i’m going to do this as well as an ab workout by gabriella whited and some inner thigh workouts.

day 1 – i didn’t realise how hard this would be. i’m out of breath and my heart is beating really fast. i was wearing my glasses and they kept steaming up lmao

hi guys! im trying to lose weight as I checked my bmi and it's on the very overweight side of the scale 🙁 so ill be updating on here for the month im doing this. im starting on march 28th!

day 1: unfortunately, i forgot to weight myself before the workout, but after it i was 65.1kg. I also did this in the evening so maybe that has something to do with it lol

i was trembling and trying so hard to keep up with the excersise but I failed lmao. some excersises (the leg ones especially) I quit halfway for a few seconds and restarted. really hoping it will be easier! today I also ate less and only ate a banana in terms of sugar, and an unflagoured yoghurt drink in liquid calories 🙂
