✅ Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 (IN-STOCK) – https://garagegymreviews.co/RogueAdjustableBench3
✅ REP AB-5200 Adjustable Bench (IN-STOCK) – https://garagegymreviews.co/REPAB-5200

There are two premier ladder-style adjustable benches marketed to the home gym community and those are the REP Fitness AB5200 and the newly released Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0.

Today, I walk through the differences and tell you which I think is truly the best for 2021. This isn’t an exhaustive review of every adjustable bench (we have that coming,) but specifically, a comparison between the two of the best value’s on the market.

If you’re looking to add an adjustable bench to your garage gym, either of these would work extremely well.

Wadsworth says:

These reviews are hugely helpful but i am still going to ask point blank: for my home gym and to use as a rack bench, what shall i choose: flat or adjustable?

Mark R says:

What is the best adjustable bench if cost isn’t a factor?

anonymous says:

I like this guy. Great information and entertaining too. I'm going to get one of these benches but I'm still not decided between them.

Iceman14X says:

wait, 125lbs!? Is some assembly required when you get it in the mail?

Adam Matty says:

Side force comparison how much slop when upright and 45 ? And any wobble side to side on either pad ?

Adam Matty says:

I like 11 inch benches way more than wide ones and I’m not a small guy

dbsasuke says:

Rogue pad has no grip and only a small 11" wide. Rep standard pad has much more grip and 12"+ wide, plus they sell a wide pad for 14" that completely eliminates shoulder issues. The Rep is over $100 cheaper. There is no comparison on which is better

I'm Hungry says:

It looks like at every angle that the ab-5200 has a longer back rest, is that right?

Oscr M says:

Hola cual de estos dos bancos puedo ańadirle un accesorio de preacher curl, o me puedes recomendar otro banco fid que pueda ponerle accesorios

John Couvreur says:

Is there any bench like these that offer decline press options?

kotla671 says:

What benches are you referring to when you described the more expensive benches for sale?

The Cappy says:

Thanks Coop. I was looking to save a couple bucks on a bench but, went with the Rogue. US made, more stable and smaller gap sold me. Now we start a petition for wider pads with fat pad vinyl.

OngJeezy says:

Is it worth buying a bench with a leg extension or leg curl I am 6’3 270 and worried I’ll be to big if I buy one with a leg extension or leg curl

westsidewil says:

I’m looking at both of these. I have a ROGUE FLAT UTILITY BENCH 2.0. 12” across. I’m about 6’3” and 265 lbs. I have all rogue stuff. I’m leaning towards the Rogue as I like the made in USA. Concerned that bench pad isn’t wide enough. Anyone want to convince me on the REP? Maybe the Rogue AB-2 Adjustable Bench?

Jeremy Pierce says:

Which bench is better between REP AB-5100 vs REP AB-5200?

Dave Payne says:

Great review

tom d. says:

yeah, uh, does this goober even lift ?

phil starr says:

Hello, I assume that you can attach a leg curl unit that would allow you to do prone decline leg curls. Does anyone know if the seat itself will also decline–in order to increase your ROM? Thanks, Phil

TexasPete says:

Should you spend extra for American made? And yes.

Cosmic Heretic says:

Want a bench like one of these with leg attachment. What are my best options?
