Hello mukti one month se mera weight stop ho gya hai 5 kg weight mera reduce hua or ab nahi ho raha. I m doing exercise,running,jogging, aerobic daily 2.5 hr and doing intermittent fasting 24 hr. But I m do now plz reply

Bc ye konsa exercise hai
Very Disorganized work out- no stop clock so we never know how long we are doing the routine before transitioning to next, The girl in front transitions and the other 2 always have a delayed transition- not synchronous. Also the music stops in between- so no rhythm. It disturbs your work out concentration.
Really- you guys need to improve to compete with other professional workouts- DISAPPOINTING.
