You can also do hip trust on the smith machine. But i dont see you doing that, why?

Ooooh using this to do the Bulgarian split squats is soooo smart! I always have a hard time balancing and I can’t focus on hitting my glutes because of that. Gotta try this workout!

Actually no cellulite increases due to dehydration working out wont get rid off it only salt and bicarb soda in your water will remove it, i got rid of mine in 12 months of consistency with increasing salt
