Actually my chest looks better and because i only do 1 set of pushups until failure. Through the day i try to do extra sets but mainly i do 1 set daily until faliure
I cant help feeling .. and this is obviously coming from a non bodybuilder , that there is a point of development of the chest that just doesnt look quite right ! bit like strange tits ! just doesnt look natural
