These are simple, body-weight exercises you can do at home that are easy on your joints and are not difficult to perform.

I have had terrible, crippling problems with advanced spinal arthritis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction for the past 10 years. I used to be a daily power-walker, but haven't exercised seriously in a very long time. After some spinal injections and lidocaine patches, I decided to give it a try — starting with this video and moving on to cardio as my condition improves. I actually feel good after today's session, and am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. I like the fact that it's a relatively short, no-impact session, that there are rest breaks after every exercise, and that we don't have to get up after floor exercises. I'm 70 years old. So far, I think this is a very good video for older people, especially if they need to restore a sense of balance.
