The exercises will work better if you slow most of them down. Swinging isn’t going to do much…you have to actually use your muscles to build more muscle.

Day one:✔ it was very sore at first but when I did it again, I still hurt but wasn't so bad, 100% doing it again tomorrow ( I did 3 sets)
Day two:✔ Wasnt so bad this time. Little sore but getting easier. seeing a little change not much though (i did 3 sets)
