How long should it take to finish the whole workout ?

This really depends on if you want to gain mass and strength, or if you want to build endurance and strength. This regiment might help you keep your gains, and increase endurance, but this is too much to build muscle. Too many muscle groups in one session. If you are new to weight training you won't want to try to do all this in a single session. Start with having a shoulder session, a bicep session, etc. Why? because you won't have the endurance to do well in all of these exercises. once your shoulder is done, you will suck at your biceps and once your forearms are done you will suck at everything. To build muscle you gotta have perfect reps. If you can't get perfect reps, and proper neuron firing for each excercise you need to stop and come back later. So until you can do an entire shoulder routine and still have the juice for biceps and all this other stuff then you can do this. Otherwise you will just be making no gains cuz you can't do enough reps or activate your muscles enough during this thing.
